'Unitised' Curtain Walling Systems:
'Unitised' Curtain Walling differs to the traditional stick system in that the majority of ‘Installation Section’ of the Project Program is undertaken off site. Instead of fabricated lengths of extruded profile to be put together on site, followed by the glass / panels, we deliver to site fully assembled glazed panels from the factory.

Semi Unitized Curtain wall Systems:
Semi unitized curtain wall consists of a Aluminum transom & Mullion main frame supported on to the wall. a sub frame duly glazed is fixed over the Main frame work with a fixing cleat.

curtain wall : is non-structural made of aluminium reducing construction costs. When glass is used as the curtain wall, a great advantage is that natural light can penetrate deeper within the building. The curtain wall façade does not carry any dead load weight from the building other than its own dead load weight. The wall transfers horizontal wind loads that are incident upon it to the main building structure through connections at floors or columns of the building. A curtain wall is designed to resist air and water infiltration, sway induced by wind and seismic forces acting on the building, and its own dead load weight forces.Curtain walls are typically designed with extruded aluminum members

Wind load:
Wind load acting on the building is the result of wind blowing on the building. This wind pressure must be resisted by the curtain wall system since it envelops and protects the building. Wind loads vary greatly throughout the world, with the largest wind loads being near the coastal regions. For each project location, building codes specify the required design wind loads. Often, a wind tunnel study is performed on large or unusually shaped buildings. A scale model is built and placed in a wind tunnel to determine the wind pressures acting on the structure in question.

Design:
We have the in-house capability to design new dies for extrusions. Our design engineers hold design qualifications and a minimum 10 years experience in the façade industry. They are provided with training in the Construction design and are fully aware of their design responsibilities and roles.
We encourage Design Workshops at various stages of the design process to ensure we fully fulfil the employers requirements.
